The tie downs are acceptable in quality, but not spectacular. The chromed metal rings are rough and not well finished. They were installed on a 2012 Dodge Ram with factory plastic bed rail covers. It's not a good marriage, because tightening the tie down attachment screws enough to make them stay in place and be secure buckles the plastic bed rail covers and cause unsightly waves in them. Functionally the tie downs are ok, but the final installation on my 2012 Ram leaves a lot to be desired cosmetically, although installations of this brand and design on other makes and models may be just fine. I removed them and hopefully the bed rail covers will not be permanently distorted.
