    I have had this same product on other pickups. That is why I got it again. They last a long time. You don’t really see it. It let the tail gate open very slow and easy. It’s a great product.

    The only issue I had is I did not receive the hex key or the lock tight . Other than that I do enjoy the fact the tail gate does not fall as fast as use too.

    This is not good for a 2022 Ford F150. They added two tie-downs on the tailgate. I use them to tie down 4x8 sheets of plywood. I called the Dee Zee company and was told that you have to remove the left one. It never said that anywhere. I would not have purchased that if I knew that. I exchanged it for one for my 2019 Ford Ranger. Good product made well, easy to install, looks good.
