    All of the required parts were in the box, no missing screws or washers. On of the levers was slightly bent the wrong way and had to file the edge on the stop end of one lever so that the key could turn far enough. Overall a nice unit, looks like factory inside and out. As others have said, the instruction pictures are hard to resolve because they are too dark and the marker circles cover up the part being identified. All minor issues, would purchase again.

    The first lock did not fit my vehicle, however technical staff were very attentive in trying to resolve the issue with no luck. A second lock was shipped promptly, this lock had the same issue as the first, finally I had to modify a part to make it work

    It fits in nice, instructions could use a little help though. There is a section where the diagram is flipped over which is disorienting as there is no warning. There are 2 washers which also need to be removed (in an effort to save hardware). This takes longer than the rest of the project. If they supplied new screws, it would be perfect!

    The installation went well for the most part. However, the screws that hold the latch in place have changed and can't be used to mount the bracket. I had to use other bolts from another area in the tailgate and even these were tight. Pop&Lock should consider supplying these screws as depicted in the installation. Other than this and Honda's use of clips to keep the tailgate molding in place it is a very straightforward install.
