The product came very poorly wrapped and protected in the box. As such the finish on the product was very badly scuffed, and scratched with paint missing and chipped. Had to sand it down and refinish the rack to prevent rust before I installed it.

It arrived on time and was easy enough to install. The reason for the 4 stars is because the day after they were installed they already had rust everywhere the paint had scratches or chips.

Keep in mind, this is painted, not powder coated (or if it is, it’s super thin), so sliding a ladder across it will scratch it immediately. If you don’t mind that, then this rack will serve its purpose well. Also, if you have a flare side bed, this rack DOES NOT fit. The cross bar sections over-lap by 3”-4”, in order for it to fit, I had to break out the metal blade on my circular saw and cut them down. This won’t affect the product in the long run, as the spanning sleeve pipe that connects the cross bars will still allow it work work if I move it to another truck bed. Overall, this is a good product for the price, but needs to be packed better. It’s a miracle the small hardware baggie didn’t fall out in transit.
