High angular pills can wreck your synthetic rope in short order. But with the thicker bar of the Factor 55 Hawse Fairlead, a larger fillet radius gives your synthetic rope plenty of surface to slide against. The result is less stress on your rope fibers which leads to longer rope life.
Your Factor 55 Hawse Fairleads is built from American 6000 Series Aluminum and offers a fairlead thickness of .75". A taller rope slot height opening allows half-inch tube thimbles to pass through with ease. And if you plan to use your winch as a front suspension "suck down" device, a machined outer corner chamfer will reduce rope stress in those applications as well.
A hard anodized coating resists abrasion damage even when your synthetic rope is covered in dirt or grime. This piece goes on easily with a standard 10" bolt mount spacing. Made in the USA and backed by a 1-Year Warranty.
