The Meyer Home Plow features Quick-Link mounting hardware that slides into a 2", Class III front receiver hitch. Its integrated mounting wheels let you slide the plow right into place without tools, and there's no extra hardware to leave behind. All models require a 2" front hitch, so be sure to select the hitch option if your vehicle does not yet have one installed.
Choose from three different models: the HomePlow Basic is an electrically operated plow. It features a 6'8" auto-angling blade. The Pre-Assembled HomePlow features an electric motor for up-down blade movement via a wireless remote. Both styles include a passive mechanical design that automatically tilts the plow blade in whichever direction the snow is heaviest.
If you want complete commercial-grade hydraulic control, go with the Full-Powered HomePlow. This plow's hydraulic control adjusts the blade up, down, left, and right with the push of a button. The Power Angle model also comes in either 6'8" or 7'6" lengths.
With rugged 14-gauge steel construction, Dura Slick powder-coat paint, and a sealed hydraulic operating system, the Home Plow by Meyer is ready to take on winter's worst. This plow requires a distance of no more than 13" and no less than 10" between your reciever hitch and the ground - for trucks that are too tall or short, the Drop/Rise Adapters can be used for a perfect fit. Very impressed with the quality and function of the plow. easy install of the actual meyer product. the only issue I had was that it didnt come with the plow shoes or mounts, for the price it should have came with them I feel. Very unhappy with the Curt receiver mount.

Once it's unpacked, and you figure out how it lines up, it takes less than 2 minutes to hook up. I haven't used it yet, but the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for performance was: It squeaked and was noisy as I angled it left to right purging the hydraulic system. I though it should have been better lubricated. Everything seems to work fine. It's mounted on a 2005 GMC, Envoy, SLT. The lights on the vehicle should work fine. And I should be able to move around the local area using the headlights as well.

I chose the full powered 6'8" as I wanted the function of a commercial grade with the ease of a home plow. Plow was delivered fast right to my door, well packaged. The hardest part of the install was running the wired controller through the firewall once that was done the plow was un-crated me and my 16yo son put the wheels down and put it on the driveway. From that point forward its just a simple slide the hitch into the receiver, put the pin in and plug it in. Hydraulics are quick to respond and worked flawlessly. Seems like it should stand up to a New England winter being it is a steel blade and not one of those "plastic" type. I am very interested to try it out but with the weather as hot as it still is It may be a while.

Well pleased with delivery time. Install went smoothly in under two hours. Plow looks well built but no snow since we installed it. I will review further when we get a chance to use it.

Took longer to install, than expected. Vehicle has many additional accessories so routing wiring harness took additional work and time. Once completed everything else went quickly.

This is one very nice plow. I bought the fully powered version and it installed in around 30 minutes. It takes less than 2 minutes to connect and disconnect the plow and up in Minnesota we know snow. Plows like a dream. I would definitely recommend this plow for anyone with a like utility vehicle.

Arrived by freight truck already assembled on large pallet. The receiver for my Jeep I had the Jeep dealer install for $120, which was a good decision as they had to cut some of the front panels on the Jeep to make it fit, and they had a hoist which I did not. Attaching the plow to the Jeep was very easy, especially since I greased both the male & female parts of the receiver. But where the manual says to just snake the connection wires to the battery and into the passenger compartment of the Jeep... just not simple. The power connector is big, barely fitting through a 2" diameter hole. And there are no preexisting holes in the firewall or floorboard to snake the wires through. If I'd been smart I would have had the Jeep dealer install all the wiring also. None of that is the plow's fault. Looks like it will work great. I'm still waiting for the first snow fall. Oh, and save the heavy plastic shipping cover. If you cut a small hole in each of the front corners you can fish the blade guides through and reuse the cover to keep the snow off when not in use.

I'am very excited now for the snow to come. Last year the county did not plow are roads. The plow is easy to attach to the truck & again to remove it. The wheels are the best for moving the plow in the garage. Thanks again for the fast service. I order the plow on the 11th & it was deliver on the 17th. Fast service.

The plow is very impressive both in looks and quality. Very well constructed. The plow did not have the caster wheels on the front of the plow (the middle wheel was present) so I could not install it, but I did complete the wiring in a very short time. AAG was extremely helpful in getting the caster wheels shipped from Meyer. All in all my experience with AAG was very good and though I haven't used the plow yet it appears to be able to more than do what I require. Since I haven't used the plow yet I cannot rate the performance at this time. I do believe however it will perform quite well. Thanks AAG for a very pleasant transaction. I highly recommend AAG for their products and services.

I'm so excited with this purchase. The delivery man was exceptional. My wife helped me uncrate it, it was fully assembled, which was a big deal for me. A friend helped me wire it, I'm 80 and it's a little hard doing all that stretching. Love it!!!

Sales and Service were great! I received my plow within one week after purchase. The delivery person was great. The plow is fully functional now just wait for snow. The install was a little tough, it I removed the bumper on my jeep Cherokee. After that everything went smoothly. Had a small problem sliding the plow into the hitch. Fought with it a little bit but got it. It's everything they say it would be. Nice job 👍

I have plowed for over 50 years and am done doing customer work. I bought this plow to do my own driveway as I have a large driveway. It is May so won't use it until this winter. Looks to be well built for a light duty plow. Very simple to wire up and hook to my GMC Terrian.
