Make plowing your driveways, paths, and parking lots a simple process with the Home Plow by Meyer. This rugged SUV and truck snow plow mounts in just seconds and is fully controlled from inside your warm cabin. With this handy plow you'll clear your drive and be on your way in minutes.

The Meyer Home Plow features Quick-Link mounting hardware that slides into a 2", Class III front receiver hitch. Its integrated mounting wheels let you slide the plow right into place without tools, and there's no extra hardware to leave behind. All models require a 2" front hitch, so be sure to select the hitch option if your vehicle does not yet have one installed.

Choose from three different models: the HomePlow Basic is an electrically operated plow. It features a 6'8" auto-angling blade. The Pre-Assembled HomePlow features an electric motor for up-down blade movement via a wireless remote. Both styles include a passive mechanical design that automatically tilts the plow blade in whichever direction the snow is heaviest.

If you want complete commercial-grade hydraulic control, go with the Full-Powered HomePlow. This plow's hydraulic control adjusts the blade up, down, left, and right with the push of a button. The Power Angle model also comes in either 6'8" or 7'6" lengths.

With rugged 14-gauge steel construction, Dura Slick powder-coat paint, and a sealed hydraulic operating system, the Home Plow by Meyer is ready to take on winter's worst. This plow requires a distance of no more than 13" and no less than 10" between your reciever hitch and the ground - for trucks that are too tall or short, the Drop/Rise Adapters can be used for a perfect fit. Plus, your Meyer Home Plow is backed with a 1-Year Warranty.

The plow works well! A learning curve in general for me, as I have never plowed before but I go slow, especially when backing and turning at the same time, that plow hangs out front and swings wide! My front receiver was 3" higher than the max height recommended but it still works pretty well. Also, get the remote control! The wired controller is difficult to get through the firewall on my 98 GMC Sierra K1500. I just left the cord through the passenger window for now. For the GM vehicles you need to get the dual post battery so you have top connections as well as the side connections for the regular vehicle connections. I like it!

The plow hooks up fairly quick and works great but I can’t really rate it’s performance since we have no snow yet.

The receiver hitch did not match the bolts hole on my Tundra. Had to drill new holes other than that it was very easy to install. Just used it today for the first time. Easy to move with the wheels, and easy to put in the receiver hitch. I am pleased with this plow. Perfect for my 700' driveway.

Living in northern Michigan, we get a lot of snow. I have a driveway that is about 250 yards long. I've typically used a truck with a larger plow, but decided to buy the Homeplow and see how it would work on my Ford Expedition. After half a season, the plow works pretty much as you would expect. I could use a couple more springs, as I have gotten some "wash-boarding", and the front cover for the hydraulic came off after a few weeks. A couple of zip-ties hold it together, but it's kind of a pain for adding fluid. For me, the plow can sometimes be stubborn putting it in the Reese Hitch, but when I want to drive the SUV any distance, it's nice to be able to take it off. Know that this is not a commercial plow, but for most home owners, it'll likely work for you.
