The instructions were copied and so I couldnt really read them. Had to download some from the internet and found out they didnt sent all of the pages. The hardware had no part numbers or sizes, they were all dumped into one bag. Some of the bolts were short. The product is well built.

Very pleased! Installation was a snap. Easy to read instructions, minor cutting in bottom shroud of my 2011 Ram 1500 to allow brackets to be bolted onto frame. Construction appears to be heavy duty and I would consider pushing with it if the need arises. Installed myself in about an hour with no assistance. Chrome finish was excellent!

Instructions for second half of installation for Econoline very inadequate, ie no pictures, one drawing with no detail. Poor quality control with hole that would not accept bolt due to welding slag that had to be removed. Good customer service for missing parts.
