Heartthrob crafts their performance Exhaust Systems from aluminized steel or 409 Stainless Steel tubing for excellent quality and durability. This tubing is CNC mandrel bent for the smoothest, most seamless exhaust flow with virtually no power-robbing backpressure. With several styles and sizes available, Heartthrob has the custom-tuned performance exhaust for you.
Your Heartthrob Exhaust is designed and tuned specifically to your engine. Its pipe diameters, lengths, and bends are all carefully chosen to unleash the power potential that lies under your hood. Heartthrob Exhausts work great with stock and modified vehicles, especially those with high-flow induction and a tuner/programmer.
All Heartthrob Cat Back, Header Back, Diesel, Manifold, and Deep Tone Exhaust Systems come with all the tubing, hangers, clamps, and instructions you need for an easy installation. Most include your choice of turbo, straight-through, glass-pacekd, or Heartthrob Velocity Series mufflers, or no muffler at all. The Heartthrob Cat Back mounts right in place of your old exhaust on your existing mount points, making installation a simple strip-and-bolt process. Note: some minor cutting may be necessary to remove your old exhaust.

The instructions were very vague, and took me a couple hours to figure out what arrangement of the pipes would work, other than that, it was the cheapest around.

This product produces a very deep throaty sound. It was pretty easy to install although I did make some of my own brackets to hold it on. Took about the same amount of time to get the old system off as to put this new one on. Great product for the price though!!

Just installed the Heartthrob HVS Double Wrapped Welded rt_perf Muffler and it was a easy install (especially since it was on a lift) and works great. It has a deep but subtle rumble to it. Not loud inside the truck at all, which I do like! The construction is great on the system itself, looks well built with the best metals. Welds are good, solid and clean. rt_perf-wise I seen an increase in throttle response, engine seems to run more smoothly as well! For the price, you can't beat it!

Great system for the money. Easy install, perfect alignment and fit. Even without the cold air intake I installed right afterwards, I saw a increase in power and performance. The engine breathed and spun so much easier than before. The muffler clamps are a little light, I replaced them with beefer ones, but overall a great system.

This kit was very nice. It fit great and sounds amazing. They however did not include the dounut Gaskets where the exhaust pipe meets the manifold. I installed it quite quickly and am very happy with it. It possess a very nice deep tone that just purrs! I love it. Thanks!
