Toss those old, restrictive pipes and give your engine the flow and performance it deserves with a Heartthrob Exhaust System! Heartthrob crafts their performance Exhaust Systems from aluminized steel or 409 Stainless Steel tubing for excellent quality and durability. This tubing is CNC mandrel bent for the smoothest, most seamless exhaust flow with virtually no power-robbing backpressure. With several styles and sizes available, Heartthrob has the custom-tuned performance exhaust for you.

Your Heartthrob Exhaust is designed and tuned specifically to your engine. Its pipe diameters, lengths, and bends are all carefully chosen to unleash the power potential that lies under your hood. Heartthrob Exhausts work great with stock and modified vehicles, especially those with high-flow induction and a tuner/programmer. All Heartthrob Cat Back, Header Back, Diesel, Manifold, and Deep Tone Exhaust Systems come with all the tubing, hangers, clamps, and instructions you need for an easy installation. Most include your choice of turbo, straight-through, glass-packed, or Heartthrob Velocity Series mufflers, or no muffler at all.

The Heartthrob Cat Back mounts right in place of your old exhaust on your existing mount points, making installation a simple strip-and-bolt process. Note: some minor cutting may be necessary to remove your old exhaust.

Heartthrob backs your free-flowing Exhaust System with a 1-year warranty.

The exhaust was supposed to be dual for a 67 k10 with 283. When I got the box it said does not work with rockwell transfer case. I don't get it as the rockwell was predominantly used in 67. Anyhow lots of fitting and welding and made it single exhaust. Probably few 67 k 10s have anything other than rockwell transfer case. I wish they made a kit to fit. But used most parts and have spare muffler.

Great product! The only issue I had wasn't with the new exhaust, it was getting the old one-off. I ended up cutting it apart to get it off. If it wasn't for that it would have only taken me about 30 minutes to swap it out. The shipping was quick and arrived a lot quicker than originally promised. It sounds great and I can feel a difference in power!

For a first timer at assembling an exaust kit!!! This was so simple and a breeze to get a result. It's definitely a 7/8 out of a 10 on sound. It's just as loud as a straight pipe exhaust. Especially when you put the pedal to the metal lol. Highly recommended for the price! I also bought 1 for the wife's car! And she loves it.

When I had a chance to get my dream toy, the most important part of restoration was the muffler system. I immediately wanted glasspacks on it. The sound, rumble and feel took me right back to a wonderful childhood and a father that was just shy of a rebel.

The glasspack is just as I remembered. My first vehicle had glasspacks. I enjoyed the sound and rumble they caused. Now that I'm older, that thrill is just as strong now as it was then.

Great axle back easy to install and sounds great looks great from the back. If you want something that doesn’t sound like everything else but has a nice deep tone at idle and wakes up on throttle this would be for you.

Quick shipment, product received as advertised. Well pleased with pipes and hardware. Installation time was about 2 hours, not bad for a 70 year old.
