After an initial poor start (wrong item delivered), things turned out much better. I sent an email to customer service, but after two days, I ended up calling directly (which I would recommend). At that point, the service rep found my email and forwarded it on to returns (which was the place I should have sent it in the first place, but that wasn't clear to me from the contact web page). The returns person helped me fully (very nice) and as this was a birthday present for my son, they sent the return shipping tag in parallel with the manufacturer shipping the new/right product to me. I actually had the new/correct product before I shipped the wrong one back. It ended up being two days late for my son's birthday, but he understood. (I had the wrong product, at least, to show him what I got him.) I would have given 5 stars all around, but for the mix up (the person that picked the product transposed two of the digits of the stock number).
