The Bestop HighRock 4X4 Fender Flare Kit includes 4 flares. The flares are simple no-drill, no-mod installations for Wrangler applications. For '07-'08 models, the HighRock series fits right over your factory flares! The newly redesigned HighRock flares offer up to 6.5" of tire coverage and meet new 2007-08 Wrangler guidelines for proper tire coverage.
