Good subwoofer, considering I have it in a soft top wrangler so much of my music is drowned out anyway. Honestly, it doesn't go that low, my friend's set up can go way deeper, but I didn't get this to knock out windows or crumble my jaw bone. It hits when you want it to and definitely provides what any stock wrangler could use: Bass. I got this installed at Best Buy's Geek Squad Garage and it's pretty well hidden. *BUT, the black board thing that comes with it, the security panel, didn't fit my 2004 TJ. I don't know why but the piece I recieved was too large to fit behind the seats. The sub is still in regardless and seems to be pretty snug. When I got this installed, I also purchased 4 all new speakers and removed the center woofer in the console. Plus a new head unit (detachable) so install time was pretty extensive maybe 5 to 6 hours. Over all I'm glad my Jeep has some thump now.
