Seems strong, fit fine but i suggest running the nuts down the bolts with oil. they are very tight and could be a problem if they lock up while installing

Bought these a few weeks ago and just installed them. Boxes arrived with no visible damage, but when I inspected the boards one of them had a pretty good dent on the bottom. Good thing you cant see it once it is installed. Everything else was good. Installation was easy and fast. Maybe 40 mins start to finish.

The only issue I had with these running boards was the installation. The upper nut flange on the rear brackets would not engage on anything so it could not be tightened. Once I got it started it just turned and could not be tightened. So far everything works fine with just two bolts holding the rear brackets.

Overall the boards are great. The mounting for the front bracket can be tricky on 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokees. The Driver side installation went great, but the passenger side was another story. The small threaded plate to attach the front bracket is easily bent and stripped. I had to call Zee Dee to get replacements to finish my installation. They could develop a better and stronger plate. Otherwise I like the look

Great running boards. Fit my Durango really well. Look factory. The directions take a lot of flack, but I found them to be fine. The first side took an hour to get on mainly because of my inexperience. The other side was on in 20 minutes.
