Shipping was good, but the part seems to be short for my Highlander. Not very happy with the part. May be for an old Highlander, but not for the 2009. It's too short.

After much searching and comparing various brands and prices I decided on the Westin boards at AAG. Other boards were not as sturdy, the brackets were made of thinner gage steel and some sites sold brackets, boards and trim strip separately. AAG price was a complete kit. I installed these boards myself on a 2008 F-150 XL.......I read the installation instructions before I placed the order. At time of installation I discovered the drivers side front bracket interferes with the emergency brake cable, this was not mentioned in the instructions. The cable is not long enough to go around the bracket so I had to notch the bracket to clear the brake cable. The other difficulty was in drilling the holes for the center support bracket. On the drivers side there is a shield mounted on the truck frame rail. There is very little space to get the drill in position for the upper bracket mounting hole. A small drill or a right angle drill is necessary to drill the hole. Ford used some thick sheet metal and that hole is hard to drill. My wife has had replacement hip surgery and we needed step boards so she could enter and exit the truck - these work beautifully. They have a good width step surface and are very strong - no flex, no bending. These are quality boards. The entire purchase transaction went smoothly and the boards were delivered undamaged and on time as promised.

Running boards and mounting kit came at one time and on schedule. Came with specific instructions for Highlander. I had to read the instructions closely several times to understand the mounting process. Mounting was not as easy as I had hoped. Some brackets needed modification. But happy with end result.
