This spring and strut combination actually improved the car's ride quality significantly (a nice surprise!). Car is currently using snow tires, but the handling potential seems quite good too. With soft snow tires, car is a little too low to be practical when going in and out of many driveways; but this situation should improve slightly when rolling on sporty summer tires and wheels. Struts were made in Argentina (not Germany) and their plastic dust caps were not glued on well, but that is a very minor flaw. It was necessary to be especially careful with installation to avoid scratching up these nice looking parts. Camber kits were more or less necessary to keep the alignment perfect.
