    Upon receiving the package, I opened it and apparently set one of the U bolts aside, then proceeded to move the remaining items to the garage floor to check the contents. Thinking I was missing a U bolt, I sent an email to Autoaccessoriesgarage.com explaining what I thought was a shortage of one U bolt. I immediately went out and purchased a small package of two U bolts in a kit in order to be able to install the new helper springs the same day. When I returned home, the rain was too heavy to attempt the installation. The next day, I found the "missing" U bolt and sent an email to Autoaccessoriesgarage.com explaining the "find." I then noticed that Autoaccessoriesgarage.com had already replied to my previous email telling me that they had contacted the manufacturer and expected a response within a couple of days. Sure enough, the next day, I received another email from autoaccessoriesgarage.com with the following info: "We appreciate the update but I think the replacement hardware was sent to you. However, if you need anything else please let us know." Now that is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos to Autoaccessoriesgarage.com. With the excellent instructions provided, the installation was a breeze. If I had not initially oriented the first new leaf with the long end in the wrong direction and secured it there, it would not have taken more than 30 minutes tops. I am now spreading the word about the Autoaccessoriesgarage.com quality merchandise and excellence in customer service.

    I installed the EZ-990 helper spring on my 1999 F-150 4x4 4D Extended Cab Long Bed. The product was as described and complete. Installation was very simple taking me only only an hour working at a relaxed speed. The helper springs raised my truck about an inch or two after installation. The truck drove fine empty and I didn't notice a difference in handling. The springs worked great when I loaded a rick of wood. However when I loaded my 1700 lb. truck camper the truck sagged unevenly. I was able to adjust the tension on my springs but I still wasn't satisfied with the results. The springs did help but still appeared to be insufficient for the load. I just ordered a set of heavy-duty helper springs rated at 3500 pounds. I'll take these off and see what result I get. My hope is I'll have more room to adjust the spring tension to better balance the load.

    I was truly amazed at how easy the springs were to install. I haven't had a chance to test them with a load, but I am sure that thy are going to perform the way that I think they will. Thank you for selling these springs at such a great price.

    I bought these helper springs for my Toyota Tundra after realizing the stock suspension is not made for heavy loads. I tow a trailer and load the bed for my camping trips and the rear would always bottom out. Recently, I was transporting a full load of fire wood and experienced bottoming out. After installing the Helwig helper springs, I loaded the truck with the same amount of fire wood. This time, my truck's rear remained level. What a difference. The ride was much more stable and no more bottoming out. I can load more without fear of instability. I would recommend these to anyone. Price was very reasonable. Installation was super simple.
