I had a very difficult time installing this tonneau cover. The directions are very vague. It's still a little tight and needs a nudge here and there to close tight. I would not recommend this product.

Really impressed with the high quality of this bed cover. It was so easy to install. It took about 15 minutes to install. I like how it rolls up, or it can be removed in about one minute if you really needed to take it off. I love it.

The cover has a gap at the front and at the tailgate. I pushed the side rails down as far as I could get them to put the clamps on.

The Roll-X Tonneau Cover is a great product. I have now put it on both of my trucks. I had a small issue with the seal to the tailgate on the first truck, and BAK immediately sent me a new cover. That's great customer service.

Love the looks and functionality. Took me less time then others stated to install. Noticed that when you drop the tailgate you should roll the cover up a bit close the gate, then put the cover back down, or you will not get a proper seal.

2012 Ram 1500 has plastic around the box top and tailgate top and nothing on the front box edge so the gap between the front edge of the cover and box is too big for the included seal to fill. Added another piece of the same material that I found at local hardware store. The Roll-X is the best full bed access/hard cover that I could find. Easy to install, great fit, love the low profile look. Only negative I could find was cover has to be unlatched to allow tailgate to slide under the rear seal when closing tailgate. Installation took longer than it should have because I had to find seal for front gap on the Ram.

Installation was straightforward except for the clamps, which secure the tracks to the bed, were pushed out of square by my Dual Liner. Bak needs to refine the engineering of the cover a bit more for fit and finish, because edges at the corners don't completely seal, but overall it's 99% weather tight. The concept is excellent, but for the price it could be better. Too early to tell how well it will hold up in daily use.
