    The product is very nice and seems to be good quality however the instructions are worse than IKEA's. Extremely vague and leaves much to be interpreted. I'm a 20 year tech/fab/welder so I figured it out but for someone with little knowledge about the subject it would be extremely difficult to install.

    I was displeased with the instructions that were provided for installation. The brackets weren't right for how it was described in the booklet. It took me longer to install after having to figure out how to make it work.

    It was shipped very quickly, husband said it was fairly easy to install and hauled the trailer really smoothly. It works great and we got a really good deal on it! Definitely would recommend to others.
