Curt Hitches are manufactured to high-precision standards with robotic welding for high strength. The Curt Trailer Hitch is designed to bolt on quickly and securely for a perfect fit on your ride. Before getting hit with a Black powder-coat, the hitch is dipped in Curt's new A-Coat prefinish. The A-Coat and powder-coat cure together to provide amazing resistance to chipping and rust, inside and out. As well, certain Hitches are available in square tube designs that hide the crosstube or a more visible round tube design.

Your Curt Hitch doesn't just look great and fit great - it's also built tough enough to provide years of solid, reliable towing. The robotic welds ensure optimal performance, and the unique sealed Curt Hitch design keeps the elements out to prevent corrosion and rust. The receiver's open-back design makes it easy to keep the hitch receiver clean and clear of junk. Best yet, all Curt Hitches are custom-designed for a precise, perfect fit on your exact vehicle and maximum towing strength. Curt is so confident in the strength and quality of their products that your Curt Hitch is backed with a Lifetime Warranty.

Exactly as described. Installed easily with no modifications on our 2016 Laredo. Hitch sets lower than factory so a 2 or 4 inch rise insert might be needed, depending on your trailer height. If you own a 21mm. wrench or socket or a 13-16th you can install this hitch.

Hitch is put on a wheelchair modified mini van so the muffler had to be replaced with a smaller one. Hitch bolted up nicely and looks good. The overall construction of the hitch is excellent.

The hitch was just as described. It took over 30 min to put on because we did it all with hand tools, otherwise it would have been less then 30 minute install. I am completely satisfied.

Its nice. It was a little difficult to install, had to unbolt the mufflers, pull a heat-shield out of the way, hold it in place while pulling bolts through the frame. I was able to do it in about 4 hours and I had very limited tools. Just a few wrenches.

I had U-Haul install it for like 70 bucks. The install involved drilling into the spare tire well and I didn't have the tools to do it. Shipping was fast and it looks and works well.

The hitch fit perfectly on my 2016 Kia Soul. I put it on by myself and it sure would have gone faster if I had one other person helping. Exhaust was easy to drop and get around. I didn't bother to remove the canister as I did not find it was blocking where the hitch needed to go and I mounted that side first. The provided bolts fit nicely. I would have liked the receiver to be a bit longer as the inside edge of the ball sets less than an inch out from my bumper.

My mechanic told me that the ribbing on the truck pan interfered with the proper alignment of the hitch. This could be resolved at the factory by moving the lower bolt hole by 2 inches. Check it out.
