This is a nice hitch, and not too visible when it's not in use. As one of the chassis holes needed to be enlarged in order to install, I have to say the installation overall was about as much fun as sticking your hand in a barrel of cats. But once the hole's enlarged, it's not too bad, about 30 minutes to install.
I also have an aftermarket exhaust with polyurethane hangers, and I was worried about it getting in the way of the hitch, but no worries! There is a slight rattle in reverse though, which I suspect is the exhaust vibrating against the hitch. This is probably due to the polyurethane hangers holding the exhaust higher than the stock rubber ones. It's not too annoying, and doesn't happen when the car's warmed up though!
