    The tube was oily/greasy and hard to handle. There were spacer cuts that allow for expansion to the throttle body that had excess plastic which had to be trimmed off with a razor blade to make it fit. On a side note it took 5+ months to get this product.

    Install was easy on this product, I haven't gotten to put many miles on the car yet but you can definitely feel a difference.

    This is a great product! Installation was very easy. I put this on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma with 240,000 miles on it. Although it ran like new to begin with, the addition of the Airaid did in fact give it immediate throttle response and a detectable increase in power. I'm planning to replace the stock exhaust with a performance one as my next project.

    Kit has it all. Looks great. less bulky than factory intake. I do have spacer plate at throttle body that did prove a challange for installation. loosened up air box and got everything lined up, tightened al clamps and I'm look'n great! 3 stars for performance because can't "feel" difference but looks so clean I'm sold!!

    I wanted to replace the stock unit for both appearance and to allow better accessibility to engine components. Very easy to install. Throatier sounding. The thing I like about Airaid is that you can install components one at a time, not incurring a huge initial cost.

    I was pleased with the quality of this product. I had no issues with the install. Everything was as advertised. Sound is louder, mostly from the engine bay, but quits at cruising. Cannot say if MPG improved as I have not been keeping record. Seems like throttle response is better. I added a k&n replacement filter after a couple of days of driving this has made the tube worth it. The tube has to be removed completely to service stock air box and filter. I see this as the down side over the full cold air intake system. Installed on 5.3l 2010 Silverado ext cab 4x4 w/ stock exhaust.
