Customer Service / Live Chat Agent

We are looking for an energetic full-time Customer Service Specialist to deliver top-notch customer support! This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in live chat, phone, and e-mail customer service is a big plus, especially if your experience is in the automotive aftermarket industry.

We need someone with:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn how to work with internal software and systems

Ruby on Rails Developer

  • Location: Chicago, IL Office

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to join our tight-knit team.

On an average week, you will:
  • Develop and enhance our internal/external software systems; improving the overall experience for both our customers and customer service teams
  • Work as a team with senior developer and IT team to build elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Be involved in all phases of launch cycle, start-to-finish
Recent projects you would have collaborated on:
  • Built a related products "upsell" widget based upon customer's vehicles & browsing habits

A Data Specialist's role is to process and maintain product and vehicle data and report directly to the Product Data Manager. Clean, organized product and vehicle data is essential to providing a positive, trustworthy shopping experience. The ideal Data Specialist for our team is savvy in current computing technologies, highly organized and team-oriented, and pays attention to detail.

On an average week, you will:
  • Manipulate, change, re-format, & scrub product and vehicle data to be sent to data validation tools
  • Use Microsoft Excel daily to convert product data to internal standards
  • Research and solve problems with vendor data
  • Use internet and intranet systems to search and find answers and solutions
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure accurate details of product information
We need someone with:

We are looking for a Merchandising Assistant to work with our team. This position will be responsible for communicating with our product suppliers, reviewing how our products are sold, and gathering information about new products. The purpose of this position is to help determine the best opportunities to maximize profit margins and customer value and execute merchandising plans across a variety of product categories to achieve these goals.

We need someone with:
  • Merchandising and or e-commerce experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Internet principles
