    The EX Platinum Tuner is compatible with CMR, Diablo's proprietary tuning software that comes backed by a nationwide support system. However, the Platinum Tuner is not street-legal in California. The Standard EX Tuner is completely street-legal in all 50 states but is not compatible with CMR software.

    The menu screens are easy to navigate, and software is easily updated over any Wi-Fi connection. Diagnostic trouble codes are emitted in a clear and readable format and this device also allows you to correct and adjust your speedometer and speed/rev limiters.     The package was exactly what I was expecting and came in a short period of time. There was no damage to the packaged but the tuner was put into a large box with no packing material in it. So the tuner box was lose within another box just getting tossed around. Other than that, perfect timing and item.
