    Bought original bars 6 years ago.held up pretty good, Passenger side started rusting.bought these bars for replacement.did not use the hardware,used existing hardware.wish I could have just bought the bars.the good thing is I can use the hardware down the road if I ever need to replace supports.

    Installation was good; these had extra hardware that my previous boards didn’t have. The old ones had brackets that were exactly formed to match the underside bolts as these had an additional piece to attach to make them match the bolt pattern. This didn’t make it harder, just more time consuming to add that piece to all 6 brackets. Also the manufacturer could have used separate packs for the different sizes of hardware. All said I’m very pleased with the results.

    These running boards are fantastic. They make my truck look newer! They are seriously sturdy, and make getting in and out of the truck easier. We are off to a great start with Westin!

    Received damaged, Kathy in returns offered me a $50 discount to keep as is. This in a brand new Ford truck. Not putting damaged parts on it. Kathy at ext. 248 keeps lying to my wife about returning. Would not recommend.

    I am almost 63yo in a few days. My husband did NOT want me to install these but I promised if I thought I couldn't do it, I would stop and he could PAY someone. I prepared all the hardware and tools that I needed. Watched a video. I also gloved up so I wouldn't ruin my manicure. Ha! The first side took longer because of the learning curve, and the second side was a breeze. I don't like paying for something I CAN do. He loves them, and so do I. Very sporty. I put these on his 2023 Silverado 1500 Custom truck (it had pre-drill holes with grommets).
