The cover can be installed in less than 30 minutes, but I take my time and read directions twice before installing. Fit was right on and the appearance is great. I am confident that this cover will last me the life of this truck and protect whatever I have in the bed.

I chose the fiberglass model based on a recommendation from a Bakflip representative who was very informative and helpful. He said the fiberglass model was newer and did not dent like the metal version could. The product installed well and looked great when first installed. Now about a year later the cover is falling apart, and it gets opened and closed maybe 5 times a month, if that. The hinges on the underside of the cover that hold the cable locking mechanism turns out are only secured to the cover with an adhesive. The adhesive is separating and the entire hinge mechanisms are hanging by a thread from the underside of the cover. See photo. Also, the outside has faded to a dull gray in 1 years' time, and you can see a silver/gray metal appearance coming through the previously black paint. This cover is falling apart despite responsible care. Really disappointed in the products quality and lack of longevity. I expected a lot more.

Very disappointed. The cover didn't fit at the rear of the truck. I had to modify it by grinding the rails at the rear because you had no adjustment to make it fit between them. Disappointed.

I bought this cover for my pickup 2 years ago. I works and looks great. I've had many compliments on nice it looks on my Dodge Ram. My friend asked me about my tonneau cover and while he was in my area, we ordered one for his Dodge Ram. It arrived within 5 days and today I helped him install it. It took less than an hour and looks great!

Clearances are snug against bedsides, bulkhead, and gate to keep water out, quality seals, love the low profile, easy latching /unlatching with a sturdy mechanism. Installation was easy, all the necessary shims included in the box.
