Hitch installed without a problem, used it for a bike rack. Drove over 2000 miles no problems. Shipping time was one day. I did not request any special shipping. I recommend this hitch for Rav4 drivers.

Had a bit of a problem lining up the bolts but finally got it on. All the hardware was included, no parts missing and it performs well.

Easy installation, hitch arrived surprisingly fast. The hardest part was balancing the hitch to mount on the truck, probably should ask a friend to help with that! Took it out this weekend snowmobiling and it worked exactly as it should.

Ordered on a Tuesday, on my front door on Friday. Installation time took little more than an hour and would've been faster if I had someone to help me hold it! Looks great and performs as expected.
