Ordered specifically for year, make & model of truck, checked fitment guide & called for good measure to verify fitment, everything sounded good, said 1/2 hour install for experienced personnel. When the hitch arrived, here is what happened. The spacers that sit inside frame that the carriage bolts go through were all wider than the frame & all needed to be cut & ground down to fit, one set of factory rivets on truck right on top of middle holes of hitch & in the way so 2 spacers needed to be notched out to accommodate that as well as both carriage bolts needing to be ground flat on side facing the frame to clear rivets. Installed as per the installation sheet that came with product per section pertaining to a 1992 F250 Reg Cab Styleside 4X4 Diesel Pickup. It's a nice heavy duty quality hitch but you better have a well tooled shop & patience to install it in the above mentioned vehicle. This model ford also has no holes in the frame, per install sheet you use the 2nd set of holes in hitch from rear, position those holes over the 2 bottom facing factory rivets, mark & drill the holes for the bolts, two rear holes are 9/16, the four forward holes are 1/2 inch. A lot of extra work & major implementing to get this particular hitch installed in this particular truck. The installation sheet should be corrected to state the above hurdles.

The hitch was a perfect fit. Used a jack stand to hold it place and bolted it down. A very good product and fast service as well.
