  • Q: How do I order?
  • A: You can place your order online at any time using our secure shopping cart, or by placing an order over the phone during our business hours. Please consult our business hours here.
  • Q: How do I pay for my order?
  • A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, & PayPal.
  • Q: How will my order be shipped?
  • A: We offer Ground Shipping for US orders ONLY (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Q: What are your shipping and handling rates?
  • A: Shipping and handling rates vary by product. Almost all of our items shipped within the continental U.S. come with Free Shipping, however, due to weight and occasional handling fees some of our products have a shipping charge. All shipping fees will be displayed on individual items before you add them to your shopping cart and purchase them. For orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. we will add an extra shipping charge to the entire order. This charge will be displayed on the order confirmation page before you submit your order.
  • Q: How long does it take for the products to arrive?
  • A: Most items in stock ship within 1 to 3 days. Please allow up to 11 days for delivery. Some custom items are made to order, and may take 2-3 weeks to be shipped

  • Q: How do I check the status of my order?
  • A: We will email you an order tracking number when your order has shipped. Some of our products, including but not limited to custom seat and car covers, are custom made to order and require us to get the tracking information from the manufacturer. For such orders, please allow additional time for order status information.

Shipping Information

Orders placed by 2 p.m. Central Time are usually processed the same day. Many of the products we sell are drop shipped directly from manufacturers' warehouses around the country. Most items ship within 1 to 3 days. Please allow up to 11 days for delivery.

Seat Covers, Car Covers, Dashboard Covers, some Exhaust Systems, and other items are custom made to order. This additional production time can add up to 2-3 weeks to the delivery date.

Shipping charges for each individual item will appear in your shopping cart before you choose to buy. Most items being shipped within the continental U.S. will use FedEx or UPS ground shipping methods. AutoAccessoriesGarage.com will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as we receive the number from the particular warehouse shipping the item.

Shipping orders to Alaska or Hawaii requires extra handling time and delivery rates. An extra Alaska/Hawaii shipping surcharge will be added to your order and displayed on the checkout page. Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the United States. If you have more questions about Alaska or Hawaii orders please contact us for a shipping quote. If an order is placed without receiving a shipping quote you will automatically be billed for shipping costs.

APO/FPO: Currently, we are unable to offer APO/FPO shipping at this time.

Free Shipping

AutoAccessoriesGarage.com currently offers Free Shipping on all of our products. Orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method chosen by AutoAccessoriesGarage.com or by our direct-ship manufacturers. We do not offer express shipping or other shipping options.

Free Shipping is only available on standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental United States. Our Free Shipping offer is not available for Alaska/Hawaii orders. Shipping charges for AK/HI are stated on the checkout page before you place your order. 1-Year Price Match Guarantee

At AutoAccessoriesGarage.com, we want you to be confident that you're getting the best deal you can find anywhere. Not only do we work hard every day to make sure we offer our products at the best prices - we guarantee it.

If you see a lower advertised price online for one of our products, let us know and we'll beat that price by one dollar. And if you purchase something from our site, then see it advertised for less elsewhere within 12 months of purchase, we'll refund you the difference plus one dollar.

While You're Shopping

If you see an online competitor advertising a lower price on a product you want to purchase, email us at [pricematch]@autoaccessoriesgarage.com or give us a call at 800-663-1570. We'll review the competitor's advertisement and adjust your order accordingly if we find they truly are offering a better end price (Note: don't forget to factor in sales tax and shipping/handling fees, and remember we offer Free Shipping on everything!). Make sure you have the following information on hand when contacting us:

  1. Competitor Name
  2. Product Name and Item Part Number
  3. Exact URL for Competitor's Product / Part Number
  4. AAG Advertised Price (+ Tax, Where Applicable)
  5. Competitor's Advertised Price (+ Shipping/Handling, Tax, etc.)

Products You've Already Purchased

If you've purchased a product from us, and then you find a lower price elsewhere online within one full year of placing your order, email us at [pricematch]@autoaccessoriesgarage.com. We'll send you a price match guarantee claim form, then review the competitor's price. If your claim is eligible, we'll refund you the difference plus one dollar.

Terms and Conditions

  1. "Advertised prices" include the product's listed selling price plus sales tax, shipping, and other charges. The competitor's product and shipping method must to be 100% identical to ours, and the product must be in brand new condition in order to be eligible.
  2. Only online stores are currently eligible for Price Match comparisons.
  3. The product needs to be in-stock and available for purchase from an Authorized Dealer.
  4. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following: special order items, clearance items, overstocks, rebates, employee discounts, items sold on auction sites, group buys, erroneously displayed prices, or verbal price quotes. Factory seconds or blemished/refurbished items are not considered "new" and therefore are not eligible.
  5. Price Match discounts cannot be combined with any other coupons, sales, or other promotional offers.
