Face it - your restrictive stock headers are robbing you of power. If you've been lacking punch under the pedal, it's time to bolt up some quality PaceSetter Headers. PaceSetter has been consistently putting out quality, high-performance exhaust components for over 30 years, and their experience shows. Their Headers harness power, lower temperatures, and even improve your under-the-hood looks.

PaceSetter Headers are made from 16-gauge mild steel with thick flanges and true mandrel bends for maximum flow and a tight seal. They're capped off with your choice of finish: The standard black paint finish is double-layered and cured to a smooth finish. PaceSetter's exclusive Armor*Coat metallic-ceramic finish is double-layered and cured at a scorching 2,000 Deg. F. It won't discolor like chrome or paint, and it even keeps your temperature down under the hood for increased efficiency and power.

All PaceSetter Headers come with hardware, gaskets and illustrated instructions. They typically bolt right into place for an easy installation with included gaskets and your original hardware (Header Bolts not included). Pacesetter backs your performance Headers with a 3-year Warranty.

I was disappointed that the selling site Did Not mention the listed headers are 2" longer than the stock manifolds causing the pipes to hang visibly lower!!!

Installed on an 03 suburban 5.3. Installed along with cat back system. Noticed an improved throttle response and is louder than anticipated but getting used to it. Truck is more fun to drive.

They were a little tight to fit. Just some minor grinding took care of that in less than 2 minutes. They should waste their time painting these. The black paint isn't high temp paint. They place a tag telling you so.

I tried a cheaper set of headers first and found that I couldn’t get the intake back on, even with maximum adjustment (heat and hammer) to the headers. These headers bolted right in with NO problems. They sound good and it definitely opened things up more. Great purchase.

These headers give the 3.8 v6 that aggressive growling sound at idle, Add some noticeable HP even without a tune, and gives our small engines that v8 “bite”. Only issue with these headers that I had was the EGR pipe is a pain to get to fit. Which I ended up deleting the EGR anyways. Just be mindful of that if you want to keep your EGR be careful with the hose cause they tend to break. Other than that I love these things and for $222 it’s worth it to me.
