The mats arrived just in time for all the snow we've been getting. They have certainly worked well as they protect my black carpet that shows everything when not covered. My only problem is the little finger that sticks out on he passenger mat. I wish it wasn't there. Everything else is great.

Order and shipping process was smooth. Received in less than one week. Floor mats look great without strong odor and fit very well (site says for 2010 CTS, but customer service rep confirmed they fit our 2011 as well). Mats appear to be solid and very sturdy. They are a bit pricey, but if they wear well for the life of our lease they will be worth it.
