It is useless. Our dogs knocked it down so we tried to get it tighter and no matter what we did, it kept getting knocked down. It is now in our shed collecting dust.
Install Time: 30-60 minutes
The portable pet add-on arrived with the portable pet partition in a long narrow box several days after the arrival of a cargo liner ordered on the same day. Installation was fairly easy if you use the front of the box illustration in addition to the instructions. Some detail in the box illustration was not discernible in the instructions. I normally follow instructions implicitly but this time some common sense paid off. It was not that big of a deal and installation was pretty easy. I did notice one of the rungs was a bit flimsy (loose) when extended to the side of the vehicle interior, but it will probably be sturdy enough to restrict movement of my dogs without any problem. Overall, this was a best value for my occasional dog transport locally with rare movement cross country.
