It's a fantastic step. Know that if you order the sliding door step separately from the front door steps, you'll receive 2 different brackets, placing the sliding door step lower by about 2". Then you'll have to buy a bracket kit with 7 brackets to correct it (or cut and drill to match). Just buy the whole set to save time and money.

Love them! Took me a few hours to install as it was my first modification to new van so went slow. Instructions were very clear. Hardware is solid/strong. They are robust, and have a clean look. On my Mercedes Sprinter they look like factory supplied. Very clean.

I really like the nerf bars but I am having trouble getting all the parts as the box was open and missing hardware and end cap.

2009 Ford F150 crew cab. I like that I can stand on it and reach into the truck bed. I'm short, so it makes a huge difference. Installation is pretty straight forward, but require some muscles for the 1 nut you have to take off and put back on for the back bracket.

The product arrived 1 day apart 2 different shipping carriers. The packages contained everything for installing the running boards. I had to purchase proper drill bits and was only able to find 2 at Big Box Store. After mounting the Steps they appear to be slanting down toward the front but it looks beautiful. My only concern is the flex on the steps when entering and exiting the cab other that that I would recommend this product and company. Shipping was fast less that a week during the nationwide shutdown.

They are nice and look good on our truck. But the installation is another story, probably would have been a little easier if all the hardware would have been included. There was not enough screws or nuts. Ended up finding some that worked but had to spray paint the heads black in order for them to match.

They look great and are very sturdy. It’s tight to install them but overall not too difficult.

Very nice product, easily installed although it took a while. They look really good and I’ll never have to worry about rust. I really like the steps that are installed exactly where I wanted them.

Printed instructions are not the best, better to complement them with the videos found on the web. Steps feels solid (good quality) and it does improve stepping in/out of the Sprinter van. Took longer than expected for the installation because the metal plates behind the brackets could not sit flush against the frame of the vehicle, even after shaving off some of the protective coating. Had to buy 2 longer screws (one for each front bracket) to be able to fit the plates. Tightening the screws on the step at the recommended pressure is a challenge given the limited space to use a socket..... I guessed considering that the end-caps are plastic. Other than that no major issues: better to do it slowly and carefully.
