These tubes are then polished to a mirror shine for stainless models, or finished with a durable Black Powder Coat on mild applications. Durable E-Series stepping pads are mounted to a recess in the tube, a much stronger design than traditional cut-outs.
Installation couldn't be easier. Westin designs your E-Series Step Bars to install on existing holes in your frame. All the mounting hardware you need is included. Simply find the correct brackets for your application and bolt on a whole new style.

The mounting kit supplied with the Westin 23-2510 E-series step bars I purchased did not fit my 2002 Toyota Tundra even though the box and the instructions were labeled that it fit this application. One bolt on each side could not be installed because of interference with a frame cross member. A Westin CS representative said he would send me parts that would provide a fix, but I never received them and he did not respond to subsequent calls and emails. I ended up by fabricating two parts myself and using them to complete the installation. The bars look good and serve the purpose intended, but the installation was not quick and easy as advertised, hence the 2.5 stars overall rating.
