Toyota Tundra Cold Air Intakes

This makes the 3rd S&B air intake that I have installed on Toyota Tundras 2014+. Everything fits snuggley w/o havin to fight with the install. The box is a 3rd larger than the stock and of course has 360 degrees of air to breath which gives throttle response. I always get the washable filter which pays for the intake overtimevs. disposables. The quality is better than the TRD Pro intake plus is has the plexi cover to see the filter. I’ve installed several cold air intake systems over the years and this one was not difficult to install. I have a 2014 Tundra so had to make one small modification with the horn which was no big deal and explained in the instructions. Spectre is half the price of others and just as good.

Easy to follow instructions. The only problem I ran into is the sleeve was already put in and I could not turn it. It is a great product for the price in my opinion.

Was easy to install looks great under the hood. Noticed a difference in throttle response not so much gas mileage. Sounds good I removed the plug for extra air flow. Of its to loud you can install the plug.

Overall, I have liked the Spectre intakes systems. However, when installing this one on my Tundra, the instructions were hard to read and pictures were not clear. It also caused an issue with a valve, which caused an oil leak and $600 worth of work.
