When you’ve got to move some bicycles, but you can’t stand to lose access to your trunk or hatch, the SportRack Ridge Swing Bike Rack is the perfect solution. This easy-to-use system is designed to quikly swing off to the side, giving you full and complete access to the rear of your vehicle at a moment’s notice. In addition, the arms quickly fold down and out of the way when not in use.

The high-strength Steel construction of your SportRack Ridge Swing Bike Rack will really stand the test of time, while the soft rubber padding provides a delicate touch and prevents scrapes and scratches on your car or your bicycles. The anti-sway capability of each cradle allows you to hold up to four bikes without any bike-to-bike contact.

This rack installs easily on any 2" receiver hitch.

Couldn't get to second step of assembly after putting the first bolt thru in the first step and tightening, the swing arm is skewed and misaligned when you close the arm, therefore making it impossible to get the next assembly step done where you bolt the vertical bike rack section to the swing arm (you can see how the bolt is slanted in the picture and it still doesn't align to the holes correctly). I contacted Thule directly, but they weren't any help and said they don't have replacement parts for this and new ones won't ship until December. After reading more reviews on the other Thule branded swing racks sounds like there's a whole bunch of quality issues. So this being their budget brand seems like quality control isn't very good. went with a Yakima rack instead.
