This is a good-looking and sturdy rack. I had no issues assembling and mounting the rack but I can see where the instructions might be hard to follow for someone who is not mechanically inclined.

I assembled and installed it in 2-1/2 hrs. by myself. The instructions were great and it was very easy. A little time consuming, but very well understood. I really love my racks and would highly recommend to anyone!

The racks is what I’ve wanted. However, I would not buy from this company again. The racks are for sale so u would think they have it in stock but nope, they didn’t have it. I ordered two racks and only got one. I called them and emailed and they said they wouldn’t have it until the end of the month. I said ok I’ll wait. At the end of the month, still nothing. They said it’ll be shipped out in two weeks later but come two weeks later, nothing. It keeps delaying everytime they said it will get shipped out. So after nearly 3 months I finally got it. Totally ridiculous!! Shouldn’t advertised something for sale when u don’t have it in stock and make the customer wait. Definitely not dealing with this company ever again.

Great product! Fit my truck very well. Super sturdy. A couple of somewhat confusing steps in the instructions, but there are videos on YouTube that helped.

Solid construction. I measured everything out as per the instructions but I still had to alter the position on the car somewhat. They fit very snug, and feel like it's bolted into the car roof. I recommend!

Install instructions on youtube massively undersell how long these will take to install. The instructions are just weirdly worded and the pictures don't make a lot of sense. I've done my share of flatpack furniture building and can usually take care of things pretty easily and this took a LONG time to figure out. Still though, these seem pretty quality, but I guess I cant know for certain until I put them underload. Also, Auto Accessories Garage is great, I called in on the phone line to get more information about the shipping times, hold time was minimal and they even gave me a small discount which absolutely influenced why I bought from this website instead of elsewhere.

The directions are super confusing. The measurements are off. However google the rack system and there are many how tutorials that walked me through the process. I have yet to install my kayak carrier or driven it over 70.

Seems to be a quality product. Fairly simple installation I followed an excellent YouTube video and it was perfect to walk me through the steps. Looks good and is compatible with SUP carrier I already had. Customer service with AutoAccessoriesGarage.com was helpful when the shipment was taking longer than I thought. They called the manufacturer while I was on hold to confirm a shipping date. Gotta love that!
