Great fit for my 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback! The liner even covers the empty wheel well spaces. I think the material and construction matches the style of the 3 better than any of the other custom fit brands. Basically it's what the OEM all-weather mats *should* look like.

Bought the cargo mat for my Mazda 3 5-door. The mat is sized to cover the trunk area and the back of the rear seats when folded down. I did not expect that. Most of time I have the rear seats in the up position so I used a box cutter tool to cut the mat into 2 pieces: trunk and back of the rear seats. Additional trimming was required to have a perfect fit for the trunk area. Intially, there was a very strong rubber odor; however, after 3 weeks sitting in the sun outdoor and a dose of PineSol scrubbing, the odor was greatly reduced. The price was good; but a lot of trouble to make it fit and remove the odor. Would not recommend to a friend.

I read many reviews on these mats and have to say I was a bit tentative about buying them. There are so many reviews complaining about the smell. It does have some odor, but I don't seem to really notice it much and never did. I have an Odoban air freshener in the vehicle and they've been in the vehicle several weeks and I barely notice it and this is in a wagon. As for the fit, it's right on, I couldn't have been happier. I have a Weatherguard in my Jeep and this one fits so much nicer. I would highly recommend this product and if I have to buy another cargo mat, I will not hesitate to get another one of these.
