This fuel door although sold as a high quality part at high price is extremely cheap. The finish is deteriorating already... paint peeling... corrosion all after only 3 months of installation. I contacted the company but they basically said sorry warranty expired.

I have a ‘15 Chevy Silverado and I must say it was easier removing the old door than putting this one on. With the plastic interior liner around the gas cap to contend with and trying to manipulate the tiny screws and washers from the inside of the door area made this install more problematic then the it really had to be. The look on the truck is nice but if I had to do it again, I would just look for a door that o could just take off the old door and attach a new door to the hinge arm.

Very easy to install. Hardest thing about installing the covers was getting the strip off the tape because I don't have long enough finger nails to get it started. I would recommend this product for sure. Read more Putco Chrome Trim Door Handle customer reviews.
