Very simple installation. The only problem I had was the temp. was in the 50's and it did take a longer time for the deflector to "settle in" so the windows would stay up without automatically going back down. This is a very nice looking deflector and fit perfectly on my 2007 Highlander. The plastic grommets were a little difficult to get into the holes in my hood, especially when I left the screws in them. Do yourself a favor and remove the screws until you have the grommet in place or the screw will push in too soon.
