Toss those old, restrictive pipes and give your engine the flow and performance it deserves with a Heartthrob Exhaust System! Heartthrob crafts their performance Exhaust Systems from aluminized steel or 409 Stainless Steel tubing for excellent quality and durability. This tubing is CNC mandrel bent for the smoothest, most seamless exhaust flow with virtually no power-robbing backpressure. With several styles and sizes available, Heartthrob has the custom-tuned performance exhaust for you.

Your Heartthrob Exhaust is designed and tuned specifically to your engine. Its pipe diameters, lengths, and bends are all carefully chosen to unleash the power potential that lies under your hood. Heartthrob Exhausts work great with stock and modified vehicles, especially those with high-flow induction and a tuner/programmer. All Heartthrob Cat Back, Header Back, Diesel, Manifold, and Deep Tone Exhaust Systems come with all the tubing, hangers, clamps, and instructions you need for an easy installation. Most include your choice of turbo, straight-through, glass-packed, or Heartthrob Velocity Series mufflers, or no muffler at all.

The Heartthrob Cat Back mounts right in place of your old exhaust on your existing mount points, making installation a simple strip-and-bolt process. Note: some minor cutting may be necessary to remove your old exhaust.

Heartthrob backs your free-flowing Exhaust System with a 1-year warranty.

The installation took longer than expected, not because of any difficulty with the Hearthrob system, but because of a removal problem with the stock system. Once the stock system was removed the Hearthrob system installed easily and everything fit perfectly and the chrome tips exit exactly where I had hoped they would. The upswept tips look really cool on my PT Cruiser. Would definitely recommend this system.

Kit 4997GP 85 Dodge 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive. Removing the old exhaust about 45 min. New exhaust system went together like a jigsaw puzzle, outside the frame system, behind the wheel exit, not impressed, looks pretty cheesy with pipes running thru wheel wells, glad I only spent what i did. The sound - not impressed! 4 to 5 hour install.

This is my second Heartthrob exhaust for my 1997 Dodge Ram pickup. The first was the aluminized steel version and it lasted many years. This one is the 409 stainless version, so I'm expecting an even longer service life from it. Only slight issue I had was tightening the exhaust tips/mufflers down to the exhaust tubing. I tried both band clamps and ring clamps and couldn't get them tight enough to hold the tips on. Ended up using my mig welder which is much more secure anyway, not really a big deal. Overall, extremely pleased with this system. I researched all the other after-market brands and no one else makes a similar system. Love the throaty exhaust note.

The sound is so much better over the stock exhaust system! It's more sporty and you can get a little pop here and there when down shifting. The clamps needed sealed due to leaking even when tightened to their max, I planned on getting it welded so this was not an issue to me. The tips were useless, the bolts used to clamp them were cross threaded with the supplied nut. I had tips ready but if I was expecting to use the tips I would be up the reek with raw tailpipes. Overall the defects were purely cosmetic, they by no means effected the performance or sound. Any exhaust kit will experience some leakage. I also think that it is worth mentioning I have headers and have been searching for a system that "I" enjoyed, in my opinion this system sounds amazing with the headers. Super deep at idle and no raspy tin can sound at WOT. Just some enjoyable pops. The drone is noticeable when holding steady speeds around 70-85 range your car will hum constantly. If your concern is NVH, you may want to think twice, or be prepared to add some sound proof measures. I however love when the hum becomes a roar when you punch down! I would recommend this system!
