I ordered this over the phone. Customer representative was extremely helpful, and shipping was free. The front mats are very well made, and fit like a glove, even has the holes for locking them to the floorboard identical to the OEM carpeted floor mats. I ordered the one piece "over the hump" mat for the rear. I was disappointed when comparing them to the front. It was boxed separately and did not have "WeatherTech label as did the front. The material is significantly thinner in thickness and does not have the lock down holes to secure them in place like the front, instead there are molded bumps that fit over the locking mechanism. The rear mats do not have the WeatherTech label on them, as do the front. It make me believe that they come from a knockoff manufacture. For this reason I reduced my rating by 1-star on Overall, deduction of 1/2 star in performance, also in quality, and appearance. I would highly recommend them, with the caveat that the rear are not identical in quality to the front.
