I bought the front and rear for my 2019 Chevy dually, they were an awesome upgrade from the black plastic splash guards that my pickup came with, I love the chrome weights on the bottoms, they really look great, I did however use self tapping screws instead of the hardware that they came with.

Rear flap mounting holes lined up but the hole for the fender well was out to far. My truck has partial inner wells and limits the area to mount to so I didn't drill and mount to it. It also would have pulled the mud guard making it not square to the tire. The front ones I trimmed to eliminate dirt build up between the rubber and the well well. I didn't use the wheel well hole because it would have pulled the guard in and wouldn't be square to the tire. Other then the fender holes lining up the fit to the wheel wells was poor.

I Installed these both front and rear. All stainless steel hardware. I had to modify the mounting bracket on the front set because my fender was already starting to rust through and it worked even better because it could directly bolt to the fender bolts on the rocker. I have Luverne stainless steel running board steps and they are untouched by salt corrosion after 6 years of northern Wisconsin winters. Luverne is top quality in my opinion and built to last and work!
