Bully Running Boards & Side Steps Reviews

Mike D from Irvine, CA says:

I bought these steps for a 2005 dodge ram 1500. The steps look great and feel comfortable getting in the truck. The hardest part of the install was determining what diagram to use. After we figured out what to use, it was simple to install.

Dennis H from Poplar Bluff, MO wrote:

These steps were better than expected, arrived before expected, and look great on my truck. The only thing that could be improved is the screws. I broke one off screwing into truck but used self-tapping screws I had in my shop and it improved the install.

John M from Vancouver, WA said:

I had to drill a hole for every step and buy new hardware for installation. Phillips head screws just strip the heads with as much pressure as you have to put on them. To install properly it took 4 hours.

Vaughn C S from Clarksville, TN wrote:

They were mounted upward and the steps looked weird, so I added some shims to make it look right. Not the sturdiest but works and looks ok. Also, sticks out slightly more than the tires do. Minor drilling.

Jeff from Philippi, WV says:

Excellent service and quick shipping. The installation was not too bad but the manufacturer should use metal screws with bolt heads so a socket could be used. You cannot use a phillips head to screw these into thick metal lying on your back with no leverage. Just a thought. My wife and I are enjoying the ease of getting into my truck now. Thank you.

The biggest and only problem I had was the 2 scews. Installing them was hard, they should have had a six sided head, in the first place it was hard to get too, could not use my drill to drive screw in and screwdrivedrive was mission impossible, had to go to a bigger drill about 3 or 4 times , so as I could finally drive the screw in.. They look great and work great..
