    I had it installed and one of the brackets did not fit properly. A modification needed to be done in order for it to work.

    The Go Rhino(R) Brand running boards arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were easy to follow- even for someone w/ Dyslexia! The truck looks great & running boards certainly meet the objective for ease of stepping up bonto the cab and voce versa.

    Product is strong, it will not flex if you are a heavier person (300lbs). Great quality. My advice, unpack it all, watch YouTube. It’s super easy after that.

    Really pleased with the look and ease of install. Everything was plug and play into existing threaded holes. Seems very sturdy and the coating seems tough but we’ll see if it stands the test of time.

    Thr RB20 boards are very well built and are light. We had an issue with the driverʻs side board and had to order a replacement. Lillian from Customer Service was fantastic to work with and handled all the details. The replacement board is on its way.

    Purchased these for a 2021 Ram 2500. Fit was great as well as the quality. Once installed they felt firm when stepped on. My only gripe would be the instructions. More work needs to be done along with color pictures. I would think for the price (which I’ll add was very fare for what I received) would allow for this.
