Tried to find videos on your website, couldn’t find them. I had to fabricate spacers for the front brackets. The directions and the ram’s pinch welds didn’t line up. Anyway, I got them on they look good, are solid and work.

Only running boards out there that hook to the frame and not to the rocker panels. Perfect fit and super sturdy on our Express van.

Installation was very simple and everything we needed was provided in the shipment. They look great on our truck and are definitely helpful in getting in and out of the truck (the stock F450 is pretty high.). I consider the final feel of of the running boards as medium duty and not heavy duty, as one of our drivers is around 300 lbs and when he steps on it there is a noticeable flex on the boards/brackets. It doesn't look like they will break or snap though.

This is the 3rd time ordering these particular running boards. There are a few concerns/ notes to point out. 1- when you mount the brackets be sure to either have a wire brush or die to clean the threads. (Ford has overspray on the factory studs for mounting) So cleaning them will make things go quicker. 2- The bars you mount to the back of the bracket are a bit short. This is no big deal for me as we have 3/8" stainless steel all-thread that I cut to replace the ones that come with. (This particular vehicle I only had to replace 3- The running boards themselves are tough and durable. A truck we had installed on prior was in an accident, the running board saved the truck door from more extensive damage, and only received a small bend that is slightly noticeable. Also I personally threw the plastic caps out as they make a good spot for road salt and dirt to get stuck. The boards provide great traction as you either get in or out of the vehicle. Last they divide the HUGE step from the ground to the cab perfectly.

I like how rugged the mounts are, they attached where the cab is bolted to the frame, and the back mounted where the suspension arm connects. My truck is regular cab with 8 foot box and I wanted a wheel to wheel step.they hang down 3 inches below the pinch weld.

Installed these on a 2020 Ford Transit, 130" WB. I bought these because of the apparent quality of the mounting brackets. I was not disappointed. The aluminum running boards are feather light but very sturdy. The brackets and hardware are all heavy steel. The mounted boards look great and feel solid. The instructions are a bit lacking and the pictures seem to be not in sequence with the text. Some of the holes in the brackets had to be filed out a little, due to inconsistent placement of the non-threaded inserts by Ford. Also, the front, factory supplied mounting studs, were covered with undercoating and had to be cleaned.
