We absolutely love these seat covers on our Tacoma. We first purchased the front seats and loved them so much that a few weeks later we purchased the back seat covers. They look great, fit great, add cushion to the seats and protect them really really well. Some have mentioned that the seats are tough to get on but I didn’t seem to have any issues. I would 100% recommend these seats.

Ill start by saying I like Carhartt covers in general. This is the first time I have purchased Precision fit covers. I am writing this with zero wear time as I just installed these. THESE ARE EXTREMELY HARD AND TIME CONSUMING TO INSTALL. The instructions are not specific as they cover all applications though the TRICKS AND TIPS were helpful. These covers are extremely tight and hard to get on. I have leather seats which makes it easier. I cant imagine pulling these over cloth seats. They recommend you turn covers inside out to place them and then WORK them over the cushion. Reminds me of my Mom putting her nylons on 50 years ago :) It is the only way to do this. It took me 5 hrs to get these on. The headrests alone took 15 minutes each and you have to keep compressing the cushion as you inch the cover on. The backs were even worse. Easiest piece to put on is the seat bottom. I'm a big guy with a strong grip and these took everything I had, They fit so tight that they compress the side bolsters on the back and bottom cushions. The back cover does not lay flat on the back of the seat. It bridges across the side bolster which leaves the cover about 2 " off the seat back. When you sit in the seat your weight will push the cover back into the cushion at the cost of compressing side bolsters on. That said, they look great and will provide great protection for the factory covers. My long term concern is that they will compress the seat foam due to compression and re-shape the cushion. Time will tell . Also my kit did NOT come with the center console cover. The factory install videos are worth a watch but make it look a lot easier than it is... at least for my application. 2012 RAM 2500 Laramie.
