Unlike most seat covers, this one provides some serious protection. It fits good, but not excellent. Quality is good, but not excellent. The head rest holes are cut, not sewn, and loose threads abound. Yet as a whole the product seems to be well made.

The Ballistic seat covers have a nice overall appearance and cover the seat very well. The bottom seat cover for the back row was a little tricky because you have to figure out how to remove the seat from your vehicle depending on your model. Turned out to be a win win because I was able to clean the car where trash had been hiding anyway!

Covers do not go on easy. It took 4 plus hours to install. The directions are generic not specific to vehicle. Finished product does not look like a custom cover.

Plenty sturdy but maybe a little stiff for bare legs.

Overall I liked the fit and fee of the fabric. It feels very strong and looks like it will hold up for a long time. I only gave four stars because the instructions for center seat with console were very poor. Also the very top piece to my console I feel was poorly designed as to how it attaches. I think I will have to do something to it later to keep it from sliding off.

The seat covers are of attractive, tough Cordura. For over $340 dollars, however, we would expect them to fit much better than they do. Holes around the seat belt buckles, etc., leave way too much space uncovered, and it's very difficult to figure out how the flaps of polyester material are supposed to work. It took us five hours to install the front and rear seat covers. If you can find less "fitted" covers of ripstop nylon or Cordura for less money, buy them! These are definitely not tailor-made for the Toyota Rav4 as promised.

The appearance and durability of the ballistic seat covers is good. The fit is off, the seat belt holes and headrest holes don't line up. The console will not latch with covers on.
