Dodge Ram 2500 Seat Covers

Looked nice initially, but anything that touches it is absorbed immediately. I even tried to Scotch Guard to prevent absorption of anything foreign to the seat. The REAL problem is that the material is more sensitive than a women's panty hose to anything at all that is abrasive like a man's pants, etc., as you slide in to sit on your seat cover! The fabric immediately snags, and is permanently scarred!

It isn't as easy when you are only doing one. If I did 5 or so I would have it down. I didn't get my nonslip pieces for the seat. But overall I would buy it again, I do like the workmanship on the covers. Read more Coverking Ballistic Seat Cover customer reviews.

Everything fit perfectly and easy to install even without the supplied tools. I’m waiting for the seat cover for my back seats since the front seat went so easy. The said reason I bought the seat covers is Dodge Ram cloth seat are made of the worst material and started showing ware after 6 month. The #1 reason we buy 2500 & 3500 is for the Cummins Diesel but why use inferior quality materials on a $55,000 + trucks (material used on seats and brake pads suck).

Horrible fit. The front covers fit great, the center console cover fit horrible. The rear bench seat wasn't even close. These are not custom covers, these are universal. Cut outs for center console and rear seat were not even close. They looked to made well and I can see them lasting. The rear would have fit if I had a strait bench seat, but the Dodge RAM center seat area does not come out as far. As I said, not custom covers. But I do have to say that Auto Accessories has been great to work with and very fast in responding. I will order from them again, but never from CoverKing. I have to admit that the look, feel, fit and finish of these covers is very good. Only issue that I can come up with for the covers is the generic instructions they provide vs vehicle specific. Took me a few minutes to figure out which cover was the drivers and passengers sides. FYI, the piping that is sewn into the covers at the seat base tucks between the pastic housing on the base of the seat and the fabric of your seat base leaving your seat controls completely exposed to be used and giving a "factory" look. I had some "universal" covers on the seats before that covered the control and had cutout to get to them. That let to my confusion as I was thinking the coverking covers would be similar. I am GLAD the Coverkings and not like this. These covers are the next best things to getting the seats completely reupholstered. I'm very pleased. Probably took me just under an hour to figure out which side was which and install the front covers. The rear cover was easy to determine which side was which, but took some more tugging, pulling, and stretching. Rear covers look great also. I think between 1-2 hrs for the rear. The rear row coverking leatherette seat covers look great once installed. Instructions are very generic, but not too difficult to figure out. You can get the covers on without taking out the rear seats. I did pull out the rear seat on the drivers side to install the cover. Back went on easy with the seat out, but the seat bottom took a bit of pulling and stretching to get the child seat latch holes lines up. I think it will fit better once they are used some and strech more. I put the other rear seat cover on with the seat in the truck. Most difficult part as tucking the fabric in around the rear arm rest. It took me a little bit to figure out how that worked. I ended up using a putty knife to push the fabric around the plastic housing that is inside the rear seat. Now that I've installed them once, I could do it in probably half the time. But all in all I'm extrememly happy with how the seat covers look and fit. They look great and fit well for being seat covers. Next best think to a full on upholstery kit. Fronts look/fit great too. I knocked off 0.5 star due to lack of vehicle specific instructions and it probably took me an extra 30-45 minutes total to figure out how it all fits together.
