Everything fit perfect, I did not expect it to go on without a problem of some sort. Instructions supplied were excellent.
Baseplate fits very well...Had my local RV installer attach the baseplate and wiring as he has done several of these prior on a Jeep Wrangler. This still take 3+ hours for someone who has done this before. Highly recommend having a professional install. They can wire the unit with the supplied diodes instead of drilling an additional hole in the tail light bucket.
The product was great. Some hiccups in shipping, but a great part.
Hard to install. Took it to an RV service center and it took them 8 hours and cost $745.00.
My old base plate bent in a high wind storm two times, even after it was rewelded. This Blue Ox base plate is two times heavier and works like a charm.
