Seemed simple enough to install. Drop the underside panel, do a little trimming on it; sandwich the panel between the vehicle body and the hitch. Some kind of nebulous comment along the lines of "you may need to trim the underside panel if there is a ridge". No indication where this ridge was; a photo was supposed to show this, but the photo was completely too dark to determine what I was looking at. Another example of poorly written instructions. I eventually had to take the hitch to an installer as I was out of time.
