Curt Hitches are manufactured to high-precision standards with robotic welding for high strength. The Curt Trailer Hitch is designed to bolt-on quickly and securely for a perfect fit on your ride. Before getting hit with a Black powder coat, the hitch is dipped in Curt's new A-Coat pre-finish. The A-Coat and powder-coat cure together to provide amazing resistance to chipping and rust, inside and out. As well, certain Hitches are available in square tube designs that hide the cross tube or a more visible round tube design.

Your Curt Hitch doesn't just look great and fit great - it's also built tough enough to provide years of solid, reliable towing. The robotic welds ensure optimal performance, and the unique sealed Curt Hitch design keeps the elements out to prevent corrosion and rust. The receiver's open-back design makes it easy to keep the hitch receiver clean and clear of junk. Best yet, all Curt Hitches are custom-designed for a precise, perfect fit on your exact vehicle and maximum towing strength. Curt is so confident in the strength and quality of their products that your Curt Hitch is backed with a Lifetime Warranty.

I did this alone in about 1 1/2 hours. Having the proper tools helps. Using plastic car trim tools is important as metal ones will not work as well and will scratch up the paint. I installed on a 2019 Audi Q5 and it fit perfectly. Did not need to cut bumper as other hitches may require.

I had quite the experience of having this installed. Most automotive mechanics don't want to mess with these for some reason. Then, after taking it to a trailer insulation facility, they had problems with the old bolts seizing and told me I would have to take the vehicle somewhere to have them removed before they would install the kit. So it was quite a fiasco, all told. But, everyone's situation is going to be a little bit different I would assume. It seems the most challenging thing for many, is having room on the exhaust side and making sure the bolts will come out before the kit goes in

Like the looks of this trailer hitch easy to install. I used a floor jack attached the hitch to the top part of the floor jack with ratchet straps. Simply back the car up onto some metal ramps. Using the floor jack was like having a extra set of hands. I also purchased the wiring harness getting ready to install that from the same place. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

2021 Buick envision - fishing the hardware in place was easy. Hitch itself went in very smoothly even when doing it solo. Had a slight problem getting the passenger side rear nut started due to space constraint .
